Yeah, I forgot about that one. The Savage was my only transportation
for a few months, and I had to make several long trips. It was real
easy to be going 70mph in 4th gear. It didn't do much for my oil
reservoir, either.
I found a few Sunpro tachs that operate on 2 cylinders, (which would
be 1 spark per revolution), and that should work as long as the underlying
premise holds that there is a waste spark (one spark per rev).
